BOSTON, MA — On this Independence Day, Virtual Staffing Solutions proudly announces its official certification as a Military Spouse Employment Partner (MSEP)—a milestone that reflects the company’s deep commitment to honoring those who serve by supporting their families through flexible, mission-aligned employment opportunities.

The MSEP designation enables Virtual Staffing Solutions to recruit, train, and deploy military spouses into remote and hybrid roles across customer service, back office, tech support, and specialized business process outsourcing. These positions provide critical support to companies across the U.S. while offering military families the flexibility and stability they deserve.

A cornerstone of this initiative is Robert Olds, EVP of Strategic Initiatives at Virtual Staffing Solutions and a 1978 graduate of West Point. Robert played a pivotal role in the original development of the MSEP program alongside the Department of Defense in 2013. Now, over a decade later, his leadership has brought the initiative to Virtual Staffing Solutions.
