With more than two decades of operational leadership, client advisory, and end-to-end customer experience strategy, Scott joins the executive team at a pivotal time of mission-driven expansion.
Scott brings a rare combination of hands-on experience and strategic insight to Virtual Staffing Solutions. His background spans every facet of the BPO industry, including frontline leadership and executive consulting. He has helped some of the world’s most recognized brands transform customer experience and operational performance.
