The Himalayan Town Hall & Year-End Celebration was an exciting and much-anticipated event, where we came together to reflect on the highs and lows of 2024, celebrate our employees' achievements, and express our gratitude for their hard work. This event was a time to bond, share a meal, and offer tokens of appreciation to everyone who contributed to the company’s success, while highlighting the teamwork, collaboration, and unwavering support from the management team.
The celebration included the presentation of 2024’s achievements, the awarding of top performers, and recognition for Himalayan Awardees and iPath Awardees. We also found fun and engaging ways to connect with employees and express our appreciation, including the donation of small but heartfelt rewards, generously supported by our Operations Managers.
Each department had the opportunity to share their achievements, challenges, and what they’re looking forward to in 2025, giving everyone a clear view of where we’ve been and where we’re headed. Recognition extended beyond just agents and team leads—our IT, Facilities, and Guards were also celebrated, because at Himalayan, we know that success is built on the hard work of every individual. So the management showcased one behaviour that VSS truly honors and that is Servant-Leadership, aside from recognizing and awarding the agents, guards, and housekeeping utilities, The management with the TLs were also the ones who served food to them as they congratulated them for a job well done.

The two-hour celebration, filled with a feast, awards, and heartfelt gratitude, left everyone smiling. It was a chance to reflect on our successes, acknowledge areas for growth, and, above all, feel deeply appreciated for the hard work put in. This event embodied our core values, mission, and unwavering dedication to our employees. And to cap it off because we had so much food left after the celebration all the employees helped in distributing food packs around the city, giving back to the community as well.
