What began as small group discussions at our Tacloban HQ has now grown into a powerful movement, reaching across our Himalayan and Ormoc sites. These intimate gatherings explore the relevance of God in both the workplace and our personal lives—drawing in participants from Team Leaders all the way up to our Vice Presidents and we were also blessed with the attendance of our very own CEO, David Lemasters during the 2nd session for the Himalayan Group. United by a desire to embody Living the Gospel Experience and Modeling Excellence, these sessions have become a source of spiritual encouragement and unity.
One of the most powerful moments in these meetings is hearing testimonies from colleagues who rose from humble beginnings to leadership roles—all while experiencing God's transformative grace. A highlight of the discussions centered on Matthew 11:28-30 (MSG), where Jesus invites the weary to find rest in Him:
"Are you tired? Worn out? Burned out on religion? Come to me… walk with me and work with me—watch how I do it… Keep company with me and you’ll learn to live freely and lightly.”
This Scripture resonated deeply, sparking heartfelt reflections. Many realized they had been navigating life on their own, not fully aware that Jesus had been there all along—waiting to walk with them, support them, and offer true peace and rest. These moments of revelation served as a powerful reminder of God's constant presence and the grace that has carried them through.

Looking ahead, these groups will move into discipleship-focused sessions—equipping leaders not only to deepen their personal relationship with God, but also to share the Good News and disciple their own teams. It’s more than just conversation; it’s a ripple of transformation beginning to flow throughout our organization. With the goal of discipling all our employees and also training them to become disciple-makers as the Lord commissioned us in
Matthew 28:19-20
19 Therefore go and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, 20 and teaching them to obey everything I have commanded you. And surely I am with you always, to the very end of the age.”
